It was a cold, dreary, and rainy day and it took me an hour and a half to get home. I couldn’t wait to get home in a warm and cozy apartment. I finally got home and I walked by the mail and I saw I had a package and quickly picked it up. I didn’t order anything. I saw that it was from Lori from Chic Geek Designs and smiled. It was my notecards that I won from her giveaway.
I couldn’t wait to open it up so I tore off the Priority Mail envelope and it revealed a beautifully wrapped package with a pretty bow (see above for the pictures). And slowly, I ripped open the paper to see the gorgeous Orchids that Lori took pictures of. And she also wrote me a very sweet note. In a few months, I will get to meet Lori in person at the Blog Her conference in New York City this coming August. I can’t wait!
But wait, that wasn’t the only surprise that I had. Eddie, my sweet boyfriend, organized my work space and moved my computer to a better desk today. And left me this note:
