5 Ways to Wellness

1.)  Live with the 3 E’s – Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy

2.)  Make time to pray.

3.)  Play more games.

4.)  Read more books this year than you did in 2009.

5.)  Sit in silence for 10 minutes each day and do nothing.
