5 Ways to Healthy Living

1.)  Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a beggar.

2.)  Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and less food that are manufactured in plants.

3.)  Drink plenty of water.

4.)  Sleep for 7 hours.

5.)  Take a 30 minute walk daily and smile.
