The Happiness Project: Get More Exercise

This You Tube video from Gretchen Rubin, author of The Happiness Project is a great motivator to exercise.  Even if you do not believe in resolutions, make HEALTH a priority because you only have one and if your health deteriorates, well, it goes downhill from there and consequences occur.  Love your body, maintain your health!

  • Week 1 – Get more sleep
  • Week 2 – Get more exercise
  • Exercise is a mood booster
  • More energy after exercising
  • Your body matters and in the long run, small things add up
  • Start exercising slowly, brisk walk around the block is a good start
  • Exercise on Monday to set the pace for the rest of the week
  • Exercise early in the morning
  • Give yourself some credit even if you just put your running shoes and leave your home
  • Go outside to exercise
